1. General Information & Definitions

3.1 Deposit Terms

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before withdrawing.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• The deposit and withdrawal accounts must be in your own name.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

h477 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳34,000, the bonus will be capped at ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not the combined deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• A bonus offer applies once per account only.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.
• h477 reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular players receive weekly cashback through h477's 5-tier VIP program. Benefits by tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Your tier is upgraded based on the volume and regularity of your play. h477 reserves the right to change the criteria for VIP tier advancement.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

h477 believes in fair play. All games are powered by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely random and not predetermined.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using bots, software, or automated programs.
• Colluding with other users to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to win through fraudulent or deceptive means.
• Claiming the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting any technical flaw in the platform.

5.3 Technical Errors

Any funds accidentally credited or winnings displayed due to a technical error will be considered void. h477 reserves the right to restore the previous correct balance in such cases.
